Card will the micro-sim pushed out and the corner cut off to the size of a normal sim. Use a normal SIM as a guide.
The final product, I cut out the inner part to the shape of the micro sim and use scotch tape on the back to hold it in place.
I removed the serial number for the picture which is just above the metal contact part.
